Regional South SCM
Chief Leader in "Start-up" - Direct business with Regional South Partners.
In charge of launching and implementation of all necessary business processes regarding Direct Biz (Products:Home appliances/AV/CTV/HHP/TAB).
Responsible for Forecasting, Sales, Order Management, Shipments, Outbound and Logistics issues, Sales Analysis.
- making collaborative Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment of Goods with Direct South Partners (Poisk, Media Markt, Tsifrograd, etc.):
- making long-term (20 weeks) and short-term Forecast with Partners based on seasonality, inventory, marketing activities, client's product matrix, NPI, Aging Stock, Stock Transfer, Goods Availability, Lead time, POP, BOD);
-uploading Collaborative Forecast in the global system (GSCM) by cluster, by SKU, by week/month
- keeping stable Forecast Accuracy Rate (KPI)
- monitoring, analyzing and executing sales vs. Forecast
- executing Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly Sales Progress
- achieving Sales Targets (by Partner, by product) on both Amount and Quantity base;
- analyzing customers' sell-in, sell-out and inventory (weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly) to detect problems and in close cooperation with the sales team to find decisions for acieveing sales targets and increasing Partners' Sales Effectiveness
- allocation and reallocation of goods within South Cluster
- adjusting Forecast based on Clients' needs, NPI, dropping models, BOH
- Inbound and Outbound Stock tracking: tracing PO,GR (Goods Receive), Stock Availability (GSCM, SAP, ERP, MM, DF) on a daily basis in order to execute sales and shipments;
- Order Management: SO/SPO creation and editing in SAP;
sending out to partners;
- Truck complectation: split SO by trucks based on truck capacity and purchasing volume;
- executing customer pick-up shipments and coordinating 3 PL shipments;
- solving problems with demurrage and document flow;
- detecting clients' needs in Stock Transfer (STO) or shipment from another city WH, initiating approvals and executing these processes to meet clients' requirements;
- checking Customer Money Balance and tracing Customer Pre-payments to make shipments on time;
- launching and executing DDC (Direct Delivery Containers) Shipments in the South Cluster: Forecast, Sales, Shipments)
- preparing Shipment Document Flow (Invoice, Torg-12, TTN, TRN)
- achieving KPI (order earliness rate, AP1 input rate, over RTF sales, Weekly sales progress, Sell-in, Sell-out);
- preparation of analytical Reports (Net Sales, Sell-in, Weekly Sales, Target Fulfillment and upon requests)
- participating in SCM and RM meetings (weekly base); video calls;
- making Power Point Presentations on Sales and Sell-IN results, Forecasting, SCM biz rhythm, KPI);
- tracking Sales bonus calculations based on Target achievement;
- guiding SOUTH RMO KAMs, Sales Team and Marketing Team with all SCM issues and SCM biz rhythm;
- effectively interacting with other departments on various issues; having tight contacts with Sales and Marketing Teams;
- daily profound and constant negotiations and communication with customers thru phone calls, email, face-to-face meetings.
