Duties:
Customer Management:
Responsible to develop and maintain relations with customers,holds negotiations with customers, develops service packages for customers,prepares commercial offers, looks for and attracts new customers, makes updated customers and competitors profiles, coordinates proactively order placement, regular monitoring of market, ability to open doors at new clients; work with existing clients (additional sales, mercherchedayzing, pre ordering session two times a year, training of customers employees 2 times a year (winter and summer collection), customer visits TOP 20 - 4 times a month (planning visit reports with foto), the signing of contracts, specifications (collection of advance payments), work with accounts receivable, focus on the management business process on territory of zone of responsibility.work with client business with effective control and analisys of partner sales, stock, situation in region, seasonal situation.
• Sales Management: planning sales week, month, half-year, year, for client base. Preparation, validation of the Business Plan by brand, including market and competition analysis, identified issues and opportunities, selected priorities, strategy, action plans and projects, activities to be implemented. responsible for the company Budget in the assigned area, planning pre orders direction, category, hit models) work with customer sales, sell-out (motivation of employees, cross-marketing, trade promotion), work with a stock (ABC analysis). Work with quality claims. Monitoring competition situation (strengths brand, price positioning and stock, possible delivery). Responsibility for reaching agreed plans growth, and seasonal sales goals in the territory; this includes sales value, average price and margin.
• Marketing Management: organization and holding of events directed on promotion of the brand (discounts, seasonal sales, trade promotions, sweepstakes, contests) Product testing, equipping athletes. Annual planning and participation in exhibitions of different directions. Changing images of the dealers, manufacturing POS materials (posters, leaflets, narrowly focused catalogs). Tracking regional sporting events, sponsorships, maintaining a positive image in the social networks.

• One of the major tasks: start-up projects (shop in shop and corner), selection of product line, make range, merchandising display of goods, preparation of product sets with certain price positioning for a particular client. Project from zero point to conceptual shop
• Other: Extensive travel to retailers and partners within the Territory. Travel to Europe to partner meetings, ISPO, and Outdoor exhibition.
