IS Project Manager
Managed implementation of Industrial Service part of the Freeze Dry Coffee Factory project, responsible for budget over 25mlnCHF (more than 10% of overall investment).
Conceptual stage: scope definition, preparation and validation of Project Concept, WB Structure, program, budget.
Design phase: preparation/elaboration and validation of technological diagrams and project standards, building, equipment and services layouts, financial (ROI) and engineering calculations (efficiency, technological, thermodynamics, hydraulic, structural, etc.), equipment and material list preparation, main equipment suppliers definition, clarification/negotiation of technical specifications with local/state utilities supply companies (gas/ water/ emissions and effluents), coordination of “Design-stage” design work for obtaining a positive conclusion of State Experts Committee.
Implementation phase: creation of IS project team (organigram, engineers interviewing and selection), preparation of equipment and services URSs (User Requirements Specification), obtaining quotations, cost negotiations and contractors selection, materials and services quality control, construction and installation works management. Preparation, coordination and management of IS systems Engineering and Operational commissioning, Start-Up, obtaining of State Operational Permit. Hand over to operational team.
List of implemented IS systems: 4off water supply deepwells (160m & 300m), site utilities network, technological pipes pipebridge (~7’000m of pipes), compressed air generation station (1500Nm3/h), cooling water plant (16,4 MW), gas and diesel oil supply, boiler feed water preparation system (30m3/h), boiler house (gas/diesel firetube conventional boiler and SCG-biomass fluidising bad watertube boiler, 33t/h of steam generation), boiler’s sand and ash handling, CEMS and SNCR systems for emissions reduction, Spent Coffee Ground (SCG) handling and de-watering system, SCG conveying and distribution system, Coffee/Colour Waste Water (CWW) pre-treatment and evaporation, full cycle Waste Water Treatment Plant (balancing, anaerobic, aerobic, gravity and physical-chemical), building services (firefighting sprinklers, HVAC incl. 2* units).
Result: 18th October 2011 Timashevsk Freeze Dry Coffee Factory operation commenced.
