Lead the team of engineers and technicians of Spray Dry (Nescafe Classic) and Freeze Dry (Nescafe Gold) coffee manufacturing to ensure competent maintenance management and safe execution, and to lead the implementation and execution of the factory asset maintenance program aimed to eliminate unplanned stops and optimize maintenance cost and as a result increase asset intensity. Planned maintenance: Establish and control maintenance routines to ensure that maintenance activities are scheduled and safely executed in time with high quality. Lead implementation of the maintenance methodologies (PM pillar, foundations) across factory/department, active member of PM pillar. Coach and promote breakdown analysis. Ensures availability of maintenance resources to implement and execute maintenance routines, methodologies. As result of 2019 the level of Unplanned Stops reduction is 0,8% (FD) and 2%(SD); successfully passed Maturity Level 3 check; achieve line’s Asset Intensity target. Budget management: Prepare and validate annual maintenance budget. Report and track maintenance budget according to guidelines, analyze over/under spending and put in place corrective actions. Through implementation of the spare parts localization initiatives in 2019 have achieved 5% maintenance cost reduction and 11% of Technical Store value. Build Engineering Capability and People Development: Create and manage competence building plan (CBP) for the team. Organize technical training program for maintenance staff (internal & external trainings). Prepare for maintenance staff PDP (Development Plan) and succession planning. Build up maintenance methodologies competencies within Engineering, on the topics from Roles and Responsibilities matrix. Within last year the technical support team was re-structured allowing to improve labour cost by 1,5 mlnRub, the overall assessment of the maintenance team is Very Good (W:2, H:2). Production support: Support the implementation AM pillar methodologies. Coordinate production support to eliminate quality defects, safety risks and chronic technical issues. Responsible to link production and engineering, by being active member of Local committee. Close cooperation of production and technical staff is the key contributing factor the target achievement mentioned above, around 50 CI-ideas was assessed & implemented. Define and adhere to standards: Lead implementation of applicable standards.
