Responsibilities: Manage Engineering Team of Nestlé Purina Pet Care manufacturing in Vorsino. Provide engineering professional and technical leadership, ensuring people health and safety, product safety and environment are never compromised, and that all engineering activities enhance business objectives, product quality and plant operation and performance (other details listed below on similar role in Timashevsk and Vologda).

Lead the team of engineers and technicians of Spray Dry (Nescafe Classic) and Freeze Dry (Nescafe Gold) coffee manufacturing to ensure competent maintenance management and safe execution, and to lead the implementation and execution of the factory asset maintenance program aimed to eliminate unplanned stops and optimize maintenance cost and as a result increase asset intensity. Planned maintenance: Establish and control maintenance routines to ensure that maintenance activities are scheduled and safely executed in time with high quality. Lead implementation of the maintenance methodologies (PM pillar, foundations) across factory/department, active member of PM pillar. Coach and promote breakdown analysis. Ensures availability of maintenance resources to implement and execute maintenance routines, methodologies. As result of 2019 the level of Unplanned Stops reduction is 0,8% (FD) and 2%(SD); successfully passed Maturity Level 3 check; achieve line’s Asset Intensity target. Budget management: Prepare and validate annual maintenance budget. Report and track maintenance budget according to guidelines, analyze over/under spending and put in place corrective actions. Through implementation of the spare parts localization initiatives in 2019 have achieved 5% maintenance cost reduction and 11% of Technical Store value. Build Engineering Capability and People Development: Create and manage competence building plan (CBP) for the team. Organize technical training program for maintenance staff (internal & external trainings). Prepare for maintenance staff PDP (Development Plan) and succession planning. Build up maintenance methodologies competencies within Engineering, on the topics from Roles and Responsibilities matrix. Within last year the technical support team was re-structured allowing to improve labour cost by 1,5 mlnRub, the overall assessment of the maintenance team is Very Good (W:2, H:2). Production support: Support the implementation AM pillar methodologies. Coordinate production support to eliminate quality defects, safety risks and chronic technical issues. Responsible to link production and engineering, by being active member of Local committee. Close cooperation of production and technical staff is the key contributing factor the target achievement mentioned above, around 50 CI-ideas was assessed & implemented. Define and adhere to standards: Lead implementation of applicable standards. Responsible to ensure adherence to applicable standards what was confirmed by successful pass of ML-3 check (maturity level).

Responsibilities: Manage Engineering Team of Nestle Infant Cereals/Formula manufacturing in Vologda (including Bystroff - All Family Cereals). Mission: build engineering capability, ensure alignment of the engineering resources with Factory strategy and objectives; arrange requiring competencies are identified and that competency training organized. Manage CAPEX project: ensure appropriate implementation of the investment strategy, monitor and control of capital expenditures; support the Earlier Management principles for preparation and execution of all capital and industrialization projects. Manage existing assets - Planned Maintenance: supports and ensures the implementation of Asset Maintenance and TPM-PM to deliver Asset Intensity to meet business requirements; ensure maintenance expense control by budgeting and routinely reviewing expenditure. Manage existing assets - Industrial Services: ensure that the utilities' needs for Production are fulfilled, managed and optimized; that all utilities that come, or may come in contact, with product are treated according to defined food safety criteria; ensure that the electrical services, degree of automation and MES at factory site level are in line with the Business requirements and standards.

Have been managed each implementation stage (conceptual, design, installation, commissioning and start-up) through management of IS team containing of five competent engineers (international) and a dedicated draftsman. Implemented new technology for Spent Coffee Ground de-watering process what was allowing to achieve the best in class energy demand and water consumption results.

Managed implementation of Industrial Service part of the Freeze Dry Coffee Factory project, responsible for budget over 25mlnCHF (more than 10% of overall investment). Conceptual stage: scope definition, preparation and validation of Project Concept, WB Structure, program, budget. Design phase: preparation/elaboration and validation of technological diagrams and project standards, building, equipment and services layouts, financial (ROI) and engineering calculations (efficiency, technological, thermodynamics, hydraulic, structural, etc.), equipment and material list preparation, main equipment suppliers definition, clarification/negotiation of technical specifications with local/state utilities supply companies (gas/ water/ emissions and effluents), coordination of “Design-stage” design work for obtaining a positive conclusion of State Experts Committee. Implementation phase: creation of IS project team (organigram, engineers interviewing and selection), preparation of equipment and services URSs (User Requirements Specification), obtaining quotations, cost negotiations and contractors selection, materials and services quality control, construction and installation works management. Preparation, coordination and management of IS systems Engineering and Operational commissioning, Start-Up, obtaining of State Operational Permit. Hand over to operational team. List of implemented IS systems: 4off water supply deepwells (160m & 300m), site utilities network, technological pipes pipebridge (~7’000m of pipes), compressed air generation station (1500Nm3/h), cooling water plant (16,4 MW), gas and diesel oil supply, boiler feed water preparation system (30m3/h), boiler house (gas/diesel firetube conventional boiler and SCG-biomass fluidising bad watertube boiler, 33t/h of steam generation), boiler’s sand and ash handling, CEMS and SNCR systems for emissions reduction, Spent Coffee Ground (SCG) handling and de-watering system, SCG conveying and distribution system, Coffee/Colour Waste Water (CWW) pre-treatment and evaporation, full cycle Waste Water Treatment Plant (balancing, anaerobic, aerobic, gravity and physical-chemical), building services (firefighting sprinklers, HVAC incl. 2* units). Result: 18th October 2011 Timashevsk Freeze Dry Coffee Factory operation commenced.

Delivered the number of improvement projects directed on emissions reduction and efficiency increase of services/utilities generation: replacement of Egron’s multi cyclones by the Bag Filter (7m dia). Manage design and mechanical installation works, responsible for overall coordination during implementation and commissioning phase. Result: all works have been completed in time and 4 times reduction of particles emissions achieved; set of minor projects and initiatives: renovation of CWW concentrate injection line, installation of aeration mixers in WWTP, installation of Coffee Roasters exhaust gas afterburners (gas/diesel lines and tray, burners, refractory), preparation of project concept for effluent tertiary treatment (physical-chemical), elaboration of basic calculation and project concept for SCG silo plume condenser.

Manage daily operation of IS, ensure non-intermittent utilities delivery for coffee production: supply of water (drinking, soft, cooling, chilled, RO, FW, FF)/ steam/ gas/ diesel/ compressed air/ nitrogen, personnel selection/interviewing, internal and mandatory trainings arrangement, services generation efficiency monitoring, setting the KPIs, IS resources manage, budgeting, reporting, maintenance/repairs organisation and control, spare parts management, preparation for IS system internal and external audits, work and communication with NoBo and other state control officers.

Part of the project team implemented ”green field” Spray Dry Coffee Factory – “Timashevsk 2”. Have been in charge of several areas within Industrial Service stream: factory water supply (deep wells), design and installation of pipebridge, underground pipes network, factory firefighting system, support my foreign colleagues-expats in implementation of boiler house (Package boilers and FBB), CG handling, CWW Evaporator, 6.2km of Gas main supply. At the end of project have been promoted to the position of Factory Industrial Service manager.

Manage two technicians (mechanical and electrical background) and four mechanics to ensure stable production. Organising maintenance, repairing and old equipment replacing, establishing of contacts and contracts with materials and service suppliers, implementations of new freezing tunnels, new meat dumplings production line and multi-head dosing/packing line.

Participate as project engineer in the ”green field” project of Primary Tobacco Product Factory in Pereslavl-Zalessky. After successful installation, commissioning and start-up have been promoted to the position of leading engineer in charge of operation and maintenance of production line, leading of grope operators and mechanics.
