Head of logistics department for Slavyanskaya project (Nord Stream 2) Logistics department management, EPC contract management in logistics part between PAO OMZ and Gazprom. Control of deliveries of subcontractors: PAO Izhorskie zavodi, AO Uralkhimmash, Cryogenmash, GMS Group, Siirtec Nigi srl. Responsible for delivery of equipment for Nord Stream 2 project. Development and optimization of department standards, policies and procedures. Preparation of descriptions for equipment and preparation of documents package for customs clearance - import. Control of obtaining of 11 classification decisions. Negotiations with suppliers (coordination of prices, invoices, packing lists, TR CU certificates and other documents necessary for delivery and customs clearance in the Russian Federation).

Responsible for OSHL logistics and "Last Mile" Amur Gas Processing Plant (AO "NIPIGASpererabotka") Responsible for development, modification and detailed discussion of the main contract (Logistics part) for P1 Responsible for preparing of ITB (TBT and CBT) in order to choose LSP provider, survey company. Negotiations with EP contractor (LINDE AG) and LSP providers. Responsible for development of criteria and requirements for transportation route including delivery of OSHL and "Last Mile" Project documentation and infrastructure estimation.

Novorossiysk branch representative / South Stream project manager. Responsible for start up and office opening at Novorossiysk (Krasnodar region) for South Stream Project. Looking for suitable comfortable office, accommodation, furniture etc. Work with local authorities to set up Novorossiysk branch. Arrangement and control over import operations from Europe, Asia to Russian Federation by all modes of transportation (trucks, railway, sea containers, air..) Department business processes and structure development and optimization. Developing of forms and methods for data reporting. Arrangement and control over glass import from USA and China Placing orders at producing plants, discussing of contracts conditions, payment control. Searching and selecting of shipping companies (Logistics Providers ). Collecting of all necessary docs for customs clearance, control over Customs brokers work Control over buffering warehouse of the company located at Novorossiysk Control and arrangement of glass deliveries to company’s clients Concluding of contracts for delivery of raw materials for glass plant.
