• Compilation inspection testing plan for various production processes. • Inspection of receiving materials and reviewing test certificates as per codes, for quality assurance if complies with the client standard specification. • Witness visual welding inspection and monitoring of welding works as per WPS. • Preparing procedure for fabrication / erection and coordination with the client. • Monitoring all fabrication related activities as per client approved inspection and test plans, quality control procedures. • Conduct blasting and painting inspection. • Carrying out Internal Quality audits.

• Correspondence between departments, reporting about completed activities, using MS Office • Uploading (Downloading) the above-mentioned to «Fabrication Management System» (FMS) • Regular review and update of data of FIT-UP and WELD • Working with “Inspection notification” and “Daily welding report” (NFI, DWR) • Scanning and filing reports for above-mentioned documents. • Approves incoming materials by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, rejecting and returning unacceptable materials. • Day to day stage inspection of Raw material, fit up, welding, NDT inspection & Piping etc • Familiar with the drawings (GA, Isometric) and legends • Fit up inspection based on WPS / applicable standards which includes checking of root gaps, alignment, electrodes, pre heating requirements & any other essential variables mentioned in applicable WPS • Welding Inspection, which includes in-process inspection comprising of standards ASME B31.3, AWS D 1.1 & Classification societies. • Preservation inspection of all materials during various stages of fabrication and erection. • Witnessing flange joint assembly and bolt torque • Preparation of various QA/QC documents • Witness Dye Penetrant Test(DPT) and Magnetic Particle Test(MPT) • Ensuring all NDT Requirements • Reviewing & Compiling material and Joint traceability, various inspection and test reports, etc. • Offering stage wise inspection to clients based on approved ITP. • Intimating clients about the project status including review & witness stages. • Coordinate with client for modification of drawings • Co-ordination with client for stage / final inspection, clearing client’s queries & clarifications etc. • Interfacing with Owner and Classification Body pertaining to quality related issues and technical clarifications (or) queries.
