Currently we are looking for Operations Coordinator who will be responsible for improving EPAM operations at scale. We are looking for a new member to join our team to drive a new innovative program related to labor marketplace. The new member should be an ideal team player, hungry for improvement and striving for excellence.
Grow the business - you will be constantly seeking solutions that scale, while overseeing the growth of our business
Analyze Data - you will ensure you are creating, collecting, and incorporating as much data about operations as possible to constantly monitor performance and find opportunities to improve. You, with help from colleagues, will build the analytical frameworks and operational models to enable constant improvement
Create & Optimize Process - we are a new company launching a new product in new environments - we not only need to create and constantly optimize our own processes for this operation, but for the many JUMP systems that are to follow in the near future.
3+ years experience of investment banking / consulting / business analysis in Big-4 companies, international consulting
Entrepreneurship mentality. Must be a self-starter and leader that assumes the risks and rewards of running an innovative sustainable operation; able to operate independent of direct oversight
You are analytical, data-driven and possess strong business judgment. Able to roll up your sleeves and analyze the data and pull key insights for your team
Strong interpersonal and management skills. Able to build and build strong relationships with your team, cross-functional colleagues, and external partners
Exceptional communication and organizational skills. Able to communicate and listen effectively; great written, verbal and presentation skills
Leadership by example. Able to motivate, inspire and create an inclusive and positive work environment for all
A passion for remote work and a genuine excitement about its opportunities
