Influencer Marketing Specialist (TikTok & Instagram)

We are looking for Influencer Marketing Specialists to grow our network of influencers on TikTok, Instagram, and Snapchat.

This role is responsible for finding and onboarding target influencers to our platform. We are looking for talented and creative specialists who will bring a winning attitude and cannot be afraid of rejection. Top performers will be groomed for higher level positions within the company.

This position can be based anywhere in the world (working remotely). It's not a 9-5 job. Although we offer flexible schedules, you'll be working when our prospects are most likely to answer. Expect to work at least 20 hours per week, including some mornings, evenings and an occasional weekend day.

What you’ll be doing:

• Source, recruit, review, and engage target influencers;
• Secure and negotiate influencer partnerships;
• Build relationships with key influencers, ensure high-quality participation of influencers in marketing campaigns;
• Work with influencers to ensure contents are delivered through influencers to their followers in a coordinated and efficient manner;
